How do you want to feel?
For me, the answer is: Vital.
What is Vitality?
(n)The state of being strong and active; full of energy.
The power giving continuance of life, present in all living things.
So, what does vitality feel like? Can it be described?
I’ll start:
It’s when there’s plenty of energy, not too much.
Enough to feel one’s intellect sharp, one’s body lithe and able.
It feels like rightness, clarity.
The senses are open. The breath moves with ease.
If stillness, a sparkle; without stagnation.
Challenges are attractive.
It can also be a relative state.
From sluggishness, a step toward vitality might be the ability to get up and take
steps.
From numbness, a move towards vitality can take us through pain at times.
Vitality Road is a process.
Decreasing excess inflammation, ensuring proper fuel, having a sense of the path’s direction: these are ways of improving vitality.
